Deleting a Person Role

A role can only be deleted from the person if it has a status of Pending and has not been transferred from the person’s position.

  1. From the Person record, click the Roles link.
    Result: All of the current roles that have been assigned to the person within the selected organization are displayed.
  2. Click the Select Organization drop down arrow at the top of the Current Role list to view other roles that have been assigned to the person from other organizations, if applicable.
  3. In the Current Roles section, check the checkboxes of the roles to be removed from the person.
  4. Click Action > Delete.
    Result: The role(s) has been removed from the Person record.
